Sabor: Ligeramente cítrico con un toque amargo. Las hojas y flores tienen un sabor que recuerda al estragón.
Uso: En ensaladas, para decorar platos, y en infusiones. También tiene propiedades medicinales y se usa como repelente natural de plagas en el huerto.
Temporalidad: De Julio a Diciembre.
